To do today and the overview per tap

What the top of the dashboard shows, and how the overview per tap shows which taps were flushed in the last eight weeks.

To do today

At the top of the dashboard is To do today: per site what is being asked of you right now, with a button to do it.

  • Flushing round: how many taps are still open, per building, until when, and the button Open walking route. See The weekly round.
  • Monthly measurement: how many measuring points still need to be measured, and the button Measure. See The monthly measurement.
  • Alerts: how many are open, with View alerts. See What an alert means.
  • Tasks that are overdue, such as a check valve inspection or sampling.

Each card has a label, such as "Overdue", "Action needed" or "This week". If nothing is open, you see "All in order". A site in seasonal closure is not shown.

The overview per tap

Under Rounds is the link Overview per tap, last eight weeks. Per building you see eight boxes per tap, one per week (Monday to Sunday), and when the tap was last flushed:

  • a green tick: flushed, hot water seen;
  • a tick: flushed, no sensor evidence;
  • an exclamation mark: flushed, no hot water seen;
  • empty: not flushed.

Taps that have not been flushed for three weeks or more are shown at the top of their building, with a line above them saying how many there are. That way you see at a glance which taps keep being skipped in the round. A tap that was not in the round in a given week, for example because it is in daily use, can have an empty box without anything being wrong.
