About LegioLog
We make the legionella logbook that writes itself
For campsites, holiday parks, marinas, hotels, B&Bs, schools, sports halls, care homes and offices that carry out their water safety plan themselves. A box with sensors and tags, an app, and a logbook that writes itself.

Why LegioLog exists
A signature does not prove that hot water came out of the tap
Anyone running a campsite, a park or a hotel has to flush the rarely used taps every week, measure every month and keep a record of it all. Usually on a sign-off sheet in a binder.
That sheet says who signed it. Not how hot the water was, and not whether anyone really went to the tap in the back shower block that week.
The work lies with the owner, next to everything else that happens on a site. LegioLog takes over the record-keeping: the sensor measures, the tap at the tap records who flushed, and with one click you have the report for the inspector.

How we work
Small, precise, and your data stays yours
Every kit prepared per order
We put your kit together based on your location. Every sensor is configured by cable in the Netherlands, tested on the workbench and only then packed, with the tags for each building in their own bag.
You put it up yourself
No installer and no appointment. With the QR code in the box the app guides you, and for each installation it checks that the sensor is in the right place. If you get stuck, we help you by phone or video call.
The logbook cannot be changed
What is in the logbook is never altered or erased. A correction is a new entry. That way it remains evidence for an inspector.
Your data stays in the EU
The logbook, the readings and the documents are stored in a database in Frankfurt; the app runs there too. Your data is yours: you export it whenever you want.
Sixty days of access after cancelling
If you stop, you can still view and export your logbook and reports for sixty days after your subscription ends. The logbook is yours, also when you leave.
What we are not
Not a consultancy and not a lab
- We do not make a risk assessment or a water safety plan. Your legionella adviser does that.
- We do not take water samples. A laboratory does that.
- LegioLog supports carrying out your water safety plan. It does not take its place.
