LegioLog

From the box to a logbook you can show the inspector: this is how LegioLog works.

No installer, no quotation process, no forty-page manual. You put it up in half an hour; after that the system does the work.

Chapter 1 · Install, once, about 30 minutes

Clip, click, done.

For each hot water installation you clip a sensor onto the hot pipe leaving the water heater, before the first branch, and onto the cold pipe next to it, slide the supplied insulation sleeve over it, done. You plug the gateway in at reception. At each flushing point you stick a tag from that building's bag and tell the app which flushing point it is. The app guides you and keeps track of what is left. With the QR code in the box you see which sensors are coming in, and for each installation the app checks that the red probe is in the right place.

Chapter 2 · Monitor, day and night

The sensors keep watch. Even while you sleep.

Every 15 minutes the sensors measure the temperature of your pipes. If the hot water drops too far, or the cold water gets too warm, you know after 3 readings in a row, within 45 minutes, not at the next monthly check. If the water heater of shower block 3 fails on Friday evening, the message is in your inbox on Friday evening.

  1. 1 Sensor readings are continuous monitoring in support of your water safety plan; the prescribed measurements at the tap still apply, and the app plans and records them for you.

Chapter 3 · Record with one tap per tap

Flushing records itself. Almost.

The weekly flushing is still done by people, but the paperwork is not. Your employee holds the phone against the tag and lets the tap run until the timer reaches zero: time, place, person and flushing time are recorded. The sensor on the hot pipe shows for each flushing round whether hot water came out of the installation. Every week the app prepares the right round by itself, also when seasonal pitches are empty. And the monthly temperature check? The app walks you through it, measuring point by measuring point.

A tick is a claim. A temperature jump is evidence.

Chapter 4 · Prove it, one click

The inspector rings the bell. You click one button.

Every reading, every flush, every deviation and how it was handled, kept for as long as the rules in your country require, recorded so it cannot be erased, sorted the way an inspector wants to see it. One button turns it into a report. No binders, no searching, no gaps.
