Radio details
The devices transmit on the European LoRaWAN band (863 to 870 MHz) at low power, at most 25 mW. They do not come into contact with the drinking water: the probes sit on the outside of the pipe.
Disposal and batteries
The devices fall under the European rules for waste electrical and electronic equipment. At the end of their life, take them to a collection point for electronic waste, or send them back to us and we will make sure they are processed responsibly. The sensors contain a lithium battery (Li-SOCl2): do not recharge, puncture or burn it.
