Where is my data and who can access it

Hosting in the EU, who sees which data, how long the logbook is kept and what happens when you cancel.

LegioLog is a Dutch product of Basepay B.V. Your data is hosted within the European Union.

What we keep

  • Logbook data: readings, flushes, alerts and how they were handled, with the name and role of the person who recorded something. These are your records. As long as your subscription runs we keep everything and you can always export it. How long you must keep these records depends on the rules that apply in your country, and is your own responsibility; so keep the recorded reports yourself as well.
  • Account data: name, email address and role of the people in your team.
  • Company and invoicing details for the order and the subscription.
  • Documents you put in the records.

Who can access it

  • Your own team, according to their roles. See Team and roles.
  • An inspector, only through a temporary share link that you create yourself, and then read-only.
  • Us, for support and administration, and only when that is needed to answer a question from you or to fix a fault.

When you cancel

After the end of the subscription you have 60 days to export the logbook and take your records with you; after that we delete your data. If you want that to happen sooner, email support@legiolog.nl.

The documents

The full privacy statement and the data processing agreement are on the website: privacy statement and data processing agreement. Please send questions about privacy to support@legiolog.nl.

Is your answer not here? Email info@legiolog.nl; you will get an answer within one working day.
